What do you do when the things that usually cheer you up only make you laugh for a moment, then leave you feeling even emptier in the aftermath?

What do you do when the thought of reaching out is so exhausting and terrifying because you just know that if you try, everything you say, everything you feel with be misunderstood or misconstrued, and judged? And oh God, the fear of that judgement.

What do you do when you’re scared that the problem is really you?

What do you do when you’re scared that the problem isn’t you, and you have no way to deal with it?

What do you do when the helplessness and hopelessness overwhelm you?

What do you do when you feel so guilty for feeling the way that you do?

What do you do when you’re scared that you can’t be fixed? When you worry that you aren’t worth the effort?
